| Gooch's Beach is a lovely little beach in Kennebunkport, Maine. This Maine beach is a perfect spot for a family Maine beach vacation. The half-moon shaped beach is long and sweeping and at each corner there are rocky ledges for sunbathing or exploring. There is a winding road that borders Gooch's Beach with limited parking. Don't forget to stop at the police station nearby and buy a parking permit or you will be ticketed. There is plenty to do here making it a perfect location for a Maine beach vacation. We love this stretch of the coast. There are small villages up and down the road from the beach that make this area well worth exploring. There are also rental homes, cottages, and inns along the road that can be rented making a truly wonderful Maine beach vacation. |
