in the northern part of Maine, and seeing this light house setting is well worth the trip. This
digital photo was taken at the top of a small hill leading out of the parking area and down to
the light house. The first time you see this awesome view, it nearly takes your breath away, its
that beautiful. And we could not have picked a better day during our vacation to Maine to visit
this light house. Fewer than 10% of all Maine visitors travel north of Bar Harbor, sad to say.
They have no idea what they are missing. If you ever vacation in Maine, don't make that
mistake. Travel up the coast and see this incredible light house scene for yourself.
